Father Jose Funes, a Jesuit astronomer, director of the centuries-old Vatican Observatory and a driving force behind the conference, suggested in an interview last year that the possibility of "brother extraterrestrials" poses no problem for Catholic theology. "As a multiplicity of creatures exists on Earth, so there could be other beings, also intelligent, created by God," Funes explained. "This does not conflict with our faith because we cannot put limits on the creative freedom of God."

The Vatican's five-day conference is chaired by the religious leader of the highly regarded Academy, Bishop Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo. Scientists (many of them nonbelievers) are offering presentations on subjects as varied as how life might have begun on Earth; what newly found "extremophile" microbes living in harsh places on our planet might tell us about possible life on others; and how life forms might be detected in our solar system, or how their bio-signatures might be found on and around the many distant exoplanets.

The Catholic Church isn't the only institution preparing itself for what could be a world-changing event. For instance, NASA's National Astrobiology Institute, established in 1998, sponsored a meeting of scientists, ethicists, religious leaders and philosophers in February to brainstorm about the societal implications of astrobiology, and it is preparing a semiofficial "road map" of sensitive issues we'd need to address should the presence of life elsewhere be established.

The possibility of extraterrestrial life is not much of an issue for Eastern religions, which tend to be less Earth-centric. Islam also has little problem with extraterrestrials because the Koran speaks explicitly of life beyond Earth, as do some newer Christian groups such as Mormons. It is in mainstream Western religious traditions, in which humans and God are central, where astrobiology poses the biggest challenge.

Many Protestant scholars agree with Funes, saying that the discovery of extraterrestrial life would not pose a major challenge to their faith or theology, especially if it was not intelligent or morally aware. But on the evangelical side, there is a deep concern, one reminiscent of the battles over evolution. "My theological perspective is that E.T. life would actually make a mockery of the very reason Christ came to die for our sins, for our redemption," Gary Bates, head of Atlanta-based Creation Ministries International, told me recently in a critique of the Vatican conference. Bates believes that "the entire focus of creation is mankind on this Earth" and that intelligent, morally aware extraterrestrial life would undermine that view and belief in the incarnation, resurrection and redemption drama so central to the faith. "It is a huge problem that many Christians have not really thought about," he said.

The big question involves intelligent life. Astronomers say there are something like 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars in the known universe, and more planets are discovered orbiting some of them all the time. (On one day last month, the European Space Agency announced the discovery of 32 new extra-solar planets.) It is increasingly difficult to assume that our sun and planet are the only ones capable of supporting complex and evolved life -- the kind of life that Christians might assume would be in need of salvation. Questions inevitably follow: Are Christianity and, to some extent, other religions only stories about life on Earth? And if they are not "universal" in a cosmic sense, does that diminish their significance?

Thus the conference on astrobiology at the Vatican -- an institution that got Copernicus, Galileo and other men of science wrong and doesn't want to do that again. In the words of Pierre Lena, a French astrophysicist and member of the Pontifical Academy who pressed for the astrobiology conference: "Astrobiology is a mature science that says very interesting things that could change the vision humanity has of itself. The church cannot be indifferent to that."

Funes, an earnest priest-scientist with a wry sense of humor, seemed a bit nonplussed last week about the worldwide attention that his "brother extraterrestrials" comments from last year and the astrobiology conference have drawn. Speaking to me from the new Vatican Observatory headquarters outside Rome -- the church also operates a telescope in Arizona -- he didn't retract his statements or express regret about them, and said he has not been chastised by higher-ups at the Vatican.

It is common, especially in small children to develop rashes after being vaccinated.

Question 5. What else did you find?
1. A radioactive element: Radium. This common element
has been used in watches and other kinds of dials as it glows in the dark.
Radium is attracted to the lymph nodes, adrenals, and pituitary.
It is tested to decay into Polonium, a highly carcinogenic radioactive
element during a persons lifetime. The authorities may also want to
use this for a marker to ascertain who was vaccinated.

2. The metal Mercury. This element gravitates toward the brain and other nervous tissues,
and has been implicated in Autism, ALS, MS, and Alzheimers.

Question 6. Anything else?
DNA splicing. Human tissue DNA is spliced into a microorganism,
this being Leishmania. In effect this makes for continuous and stubborn skin outbreaks and irritation."

Noting that the word 'solstice' meaning to 'stand still' actually describes a specific astronomic event which is a 3/three day time in which the sun appears to rise in exactly the same spot on the horizon, it is curious indeed that the Long Count of the Mayan, actually meso-american cultures, would end on that day. It is also curious that the pope Gregory of Gregorian calendar fame, would have the long count actually end at 11:11 on that day. Also curious is that the numeral reference sums to 11 (12-21-2012 = 11).
These curiosities arise due to the encoding of knowledge into number patterns. As an
instance, the number 11 at its base level of symbolism refers to the 'sun
spot cycle' which is 11 (and some fractional part) years in length.


...the ancient Chinese texts refer to 4/four previous world changing cataclysms, the Mayans also have the fourth age or world ending in their Long Count calendar, and the Egyptian(pharaoh texts) refer to 8/eight such occurrences, while the Narmer Plate details 11/eleven previous crustal shifts. The Vedic and pre-Vedic texts refer to 4 worlds or kingdoms destroyed each time by world altering cataclysm.

To start it is necessary to understand that our sun as 99 percent of all the mass in the solar system, but only 1 percent of the angular momentum. Whereas the reverse is true, that is, all the planets have only 1 percent of the mass, but have 99 percent of the angularmomentum.

This idea is important as it explains why the sun spins at two different speeds. Both the Mayan and the Egyptian civilizations knew that the pole of the sun takes 37 days to rotate and the equator of the sun takes only 26 days. Note we are leaving off the fractional parts. It is also worth noting that this information can only (as far as we can tell) be determined if you are a space-faring civilization. So how did these ancient cultures know this? Hmmm.

Anyway, due to the pull of the planets on the equator of the sun, the equator spins faster than the solar pole, and as a result, every 87 days the equator 'laps' the pole of the sun. It is this basic motion that is responsible for the sun spot cycle as well as other, much more dramatic cycles in sun behavior.

Our sun is a giant magnetically based electric generator. As the angular momentum of the planets pulls on the sun's equator, it also pulls upon,and distorts the magnetic forces within the sun. This tug from the planets takes one complete lap every 87 days. The effect of this is a winding of the magnetic forces within the sun.

From the sun's north or south pole, this effect (if we could see magnetic lines of
force) would resemble the 'swastika' symbol. This is an important note as all the ancient cultures of this planet used the swastika as a symbol at the core of all of their 'end times' myths. This symbol did not originate with the NAZI movement in Germany, and was deliberately chosen by them due to its fundamental importance to humanity, and civilization.

As each 'arm' of the magnetic winding crawls up the surface of the sun, it will pass the'magic' number of 19.45 degrees of latitude. This number is magic as that is where the sun spots happen, and coincidently where all the storms happen on the gas giants, and such interesting places as Hawaii happen here on earth. This number is magic as it is also the point at which the internal hyper dimensional merkaba (interlinked tetrahedrons) will contact the edge of the sphere we perceive as the sun.

The sun spot cycle is so named as this point of contact between the merkaba and
the manifesting reality of the sun's surface is where sun spots develop. These sun spots are to the 'heart' of the sun, what a 'pulse' is to the heart of a human.
To continue, as the 'winding pressure' increases on the sun over time by each 87 day lap, a larger structure of magnetic pressure is created both internally, and externally to the sun. This larger pressure builds within the huge forces tugging on the magnetic structure of the sun over a period in excess of 11,500 years.

The result of the pressures is a level of chaotic 'tension' in the magnetic structure
of the sun. As the pressures bend the magnetic arms of the sun, and they crawl up
the sun like windings of string around a ball, they will cross the 19.45 latitude. If they happen to do so when the internal rotation of the merkaba is coincident, a sun spot will form and it will continue as long as the winding arm is synchronized with the rotation, usually about 25 days or so.

As the forces pressuring the magnetic structure of the sun increase with time, the pressures can naturally be expected to build until a 'breaking point' is reached. ALL of the ancient warnings via myth and symbols point to the 'breaking point' of the sun spot cycle as THE KEY indicator of a pending pole and crustal shift here on earth (as well as other planets).

The reason that the pressures on the magnetic structure of the sun results in a pole, and crustal shift here on earth is due to our own planet's magnetic nature.
Our planet is basically a 'dirt and water covered' magnetic generator similar to the
core of the sun. The magnetic health of our planet is directly tied to the sun. As a note worthy fact, the magnetosphere protecting our earth has weakened constantly these last 10,000 years.

No longer healthy, as in the above graphic, our magnetosphere is both weak, and full of holes that are growing over these last few years. As the sun's magnetic structure nears its 'breaking point' relative to the pressures exerted by the angular momentum, it will expand in a spherical fashion outward as the 11 (there is that number again, hmmmm?) centuries of stress are 'blown off'.

As may be expected, having the magnetic sphere of the sun expand and bulge out
past the orbits of the inner planets likely will have an impact on earth since we are one of the inner planets. The thinking is that a magnetic 'bow wave' will be followed by a Coronal Mass Ejection(CME)...

However the real danger to the planet comes from the magnetic bow wave itself.
Especially when we have a diminished, and weakened magnetosphere. The impact of the magnetic discharge from the sun will overwhelm what is left of earth's
protective magnetosphere and initiate both a pole and a crustal shift. Details of this process may be found in Geryls' books. The effects will be profound.

As the inner core of the earth rotates due to the impacting magnetic solar discharge, the actual physical alignment of the earth will change from our current positions.

Coincidentally (curious, eh?) the pyramids at the Giza plateau are in the exact center of the planetary landmasses. This begs the question of why? As a marker perhaps as to the center of rotation of the planet under such circumstances as a free floating crust? Bearing in mind that there is no 'down' in space, when the crust of the earth rotates, its position and point of rotation will be determined by gravity as determined by what object in space is closest to the 'center of mass' of the earth, conveniently marked by the Giza pyramids. The two candidates that we have to specifically affect our rotation are the moon, and the sun. Though smaller, the moon is closest, and if it may be a primary determinate for how these periodic crustal spins resolve themselves.

The facts of the matter are that such pole and crustal shifts have happened repeatedly in the near and far past, so denial of the potential under these circumstances is more willful than scientific. And it only takes observation of the global chemtrail agenda, or the visual changes in the sun over these last 10 years to understand that big transitions are occurring. Plus, even the mostly gutless NASA folks are actually saying that solar cycle 24 will be exceptionally active. And solar cycle 24 coincidentally peaks in....2012. Hmmmmm?!

...And it can be postulated that the cracking of the Indo-Australian tectonic
plate in the tsunami causing earthquake of 2004 is within the expected precursors. Other indicators are (will continue to be) increasing earthquakes, and other tectonic plate cracks. Further signs will come from solar behavior as well as the impacts of solar radiations here on earth.

The radiation impacts will include damages to plants, and animals. Further as the pressures within the sun continue to build in the last days (perhaps weeks, maybe even months) before the energetic release, there are likely to be predictable effects throughout the solar system. Most of these will be of electric or magnetic nature and may include truly bizarre problems such as rapid changes in magnetic and electric properties of metal things here on earth. Further, the sun's magnetic output would predictably become increasingly subject to'fits' of chaotic expulsions (CME's), as well as, very erratic sun spot activity as the magnetic fields become distorted to extremes. The electrical problems here on terra would include
our communications satellites going wonky, perhaps even to the point of failure. This should happen some months prior to the energetic release by the sun. Other predictable electric effects will include strange 'ground' properties and static discharges of note at specific spots on the planet (internal hyper dimensional locations). It would seem likely that the planet would also continue to heat up internally in spite of atmospheric cooling. Thus the oceans will continue to warm, and the ice melt at the poles, even as large snow masses begin to build in formerly temperate zones. It seems likely that a large ice release from Antarctica is probable in the last year or so prior to the shift. This will be related to an
increase in 'energies from space' that should have (in general) 2009 be 'warmer' in
the northern hemisphere winter, with both 2010 and 2011 exhibiting exceptionally odd
warming patterns, especially at the poles. This will lead to some spectacular ice 'releases' in both north and south poles.

Some predictable effects from this process would include a gradual (for centuries) drop in the polar magnetic fields of the sun (and also the earth, and other planets), culminating in a virtual absence of polar output from the sun for a very brief period of time just prior to the actual expansion phase of the process. Further, it is predictable that the last few years prior to the expansion phase, there will be a long period of virtually no 'regular' sun spots. During this part of the sun spot cycle, the only sun spots that will be created will be of a very capricious, and chaotic nature. These sun spots should be mostly singular, and
of a short life span (sometimes merely hours, or even minutes as we get closer to the expansion phase). This will be due to the 'writhing' and 'internal twisting' of the magnetic field lines as they whip around and intermittently align with the merkaba points at 19.47 degrees of latitude. During the last period period prior to the expansion, that is the last 'days'which may extend for a couple of months, the sun will be 'chaotic', and will be viewed as 'writhing', and 'convulsing' from our perspective here on earth.

Coincident with the changes within the sun and on the sun's visible surface, there will be predictable effects here on earth. Our terran environment will be exposed to exceptionally high levels of 'energies from space'. These energies will NOT be kind to humans and other living things. These energies will include higher levels of actinic (burning) rays of both visible and invisible light, as well as increases in x-rays, and cosmic rays, both of known types and unknown types. There will be predictable effects of the end of this nearly 12 thousand year cycle of sun spots on conditions here on earth. These will include a continuing building of large, and damaging earthquakes in an irregular, but frequent pattern globally, including these
damaging earthquakes occurring in places not usually associated with quakes. This will 'peak' with a steady, daily shift to large (6+) earthquakes in many geologically sensitive areas on the planet.

Other predictable impacts include increasing down time for our satellites as the energies from space some pouring in through the decreasing terran magnetosphere. These same energies from space will cause odd electrical effects across the planet. These will include'arcing ground' wherein the earth itself will produce electric arcs. Strange lightning, odd atmospheric phenomena including 'stationary vortex (funnel) clouds)' that will try to drill into the earth. Further effects will produce disruption to communications in the radio and cell phone frequencies, and ultimately even in shielded ground (land) lines.

Many of these once-in-a-half-precession (12,000 years more or less) effects will also impact the human body directly. As well as with electro-magnetically sensitive animals, humans will find it difficult to even stand upright (maintain normal balance) at times due to the perception of 'gravity gone awry'. These will be felt at first by a small part of the populace, but over time this cohort will increase as the waves of magnetic flux become strong enough to cross the perception threshold of larger segments of the general human populace.

These, and other predictable effects will make the whole of the transition through this phase of solar activity a very strange time for humans and other life on earth. The smart individual will examine every thing that happens to them, including all internal perceptions, with the goal of integrating the experience into their personal survival strategy. The unaware will be simply reacting to the strange qualities of the times (karios) and will be a danger to themselves and others.

There are also several levels of ancient writings from a number of cultures which point out that the shift happens as a series of big jerks. This is a very encouraging sign as, from our perspective, a series of even very violent jerks would prevent continuous motion mass moment to build (in the engineering sense of the word 'moment'), and thus such things as 300 mile per hour winds would *not* be likely to develop. Such jerks could even be capable of dampening down very large oceanic movements. Not that it would not still be horribly violent beyond our ability to imagine, but such jerky movements would make the whole process that much more survivable.

Scientists Produce Building Block of Life in Lab

NASA scientists studying the origin of life have reproduced uracil, a key component of our hereditary material, in the laboratory. They discovered that an ice sample containing pyrimidine exposed to ultraviolet radiation under space-like conditions produces this essential ingredient of life.

Pyrimidine is a ring-shaped molecule made up of carbon and nitrogen and is the basic structure for uracil, part of a genetic code found in ribonucleic acid (RNA). RNA is central to protein synthesis, but has many other roles.

"We have demonstrated for the first time that we can make uracil, a component of RNA, non-biologically in a laboratory under conditions found in space," said Michel Nuevo, research scientist at NASA's Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, Calif. "We are showing that these laboratory processes, which simulate occurrences in outer space, can make a fundamental building block used by living organisms on Earth."

THE WORLD CATACLYSM IN 2012 is the title of a book written by Belgian author Patrick Geryl in 2005 - and the title tells it just like he sees it. Patrick's opinion is so cut-and-dried - and quite devoid of hope! - that he was interviewed (not by us) in conjunction with the very alarming SONY PICTURES disaster movie, 2012.

This is the first video we've published which includes our disclaimer that while the interview presents interesting information, and that we have nothing against Patrick personally, we firmly believe that his conclusions are incorrect.

We actually debated whether to release it at all - though the video shows a civilized and intelligent conversation, and Patrick Geryl is a well-meaning and intellectually honest researcher. For someone certain that the world as we know it will end, Patrick is astonishingly cheerful, friendly and matter-of-fact.

We opted to release the video, with the disclaimer, so that his logic could be made accessible to others. In brief, Patrick is convinced that the sun will undergo a pole reversal in 2012, and that this will induce a similar reversal on Earth. At that point, says Patrick, all hell will break loose.

The idea of a cataclysm in 2012 is not just Patrick's. Roland Emmerich (the director of the movie 2012) did not get his ideas from him. The notion of a pole shift (or some other civilization-stopper) round about then has become a kind of modern myth.

What makes this interesting territory to explore is that, as many visitors to PROJECT CAMELOT will know, governments of the US and other countries have spent trillions of dollars building hundreds (if not thousands) of deep underground bases, some the size of small cities with a subterranean transport system connecting them, and most black project researchers now support the idea of a secret space program that might be far more advanced than would be easily believable.

The question is WHY. Is this preparation for a cataclysmic event that had been foreseen using classified technology - or one about which we were warned by friendly time-traveling ETs? Or is the reality more subtle: that there was reason to take precautions against a possible event of this nature, but that while the military were doing what they do best - digging in defensively - the best minds on and off the planet were working to eliminate the threat?

Based on insider testimony from our own multiple sources, PROJECT CAMELOT firmly believes the latter. We believe that the many hundreds of thousands of Indigo and Crystal Children, preceded by more mature warriors like ourselves (and there are MANY of us: we are only two people among a very large worldwide team that spans every culture), would NOT be here if the future was all wrapped up. Speaking personally, we would have incarnated on another planet. Why land on Planet Earth just to jump off the cliff edge? It makes no sense to us unless there was a game to be played.

Here, the use of the word 'game' does not imply anything trivial. Seen from an Earthly level, it couldn't be more serious - although a spiritually light touch adds substantially to the power one has at one's disposal to catalyze change. The notion of a 'game' is that the outcome is uncertain - and that the desired outcome is worth striving for, against opposition in the form of the counter-intentions of others, and other practical challenges.

This is what we're certain is going on: the stakes are high, the outcome is not fixed, and there are players in this game - seen and unseen, on either side - which have significant power and ability.

This is the shortest written summary we can offer of what is a huge subject. It's not everything that Project Camelot is about, but is quite a large part: and those of you who have accompanied us on this journey will be aware of much of what has been written above. We ask you to support the process, each in your own way, of ensuring that the outcome for the human race is a desirable one, and that the planet will be one which our children will enjoy - and where we ourselves will be pleased to return in our next lifetime, should we choose.

Space Hotel Scheduled to Open in 2012

BARCELONA, Spain - A company behind plans to open the first hotel in space says it is on target to accept its first paying guests in 2012 despite critics questioning the investment and time frame for the multi-billion dollar project.

The Barcelona-based architects of The Galactic Suite Space Resort say it will cost $4.4 million for a three-night stay at the hotel, with this price including an eight-week training course on a tropical island.

During their stay, guests would see the sun rise 15 times a day and travel around the world every 80 minutes. They would wear Velcro suits so they can crawl around their pod rooms by sticking themselves to the walls like Spiderman.

CIA interest and involvement in extraterrestrial reality has been well documented through declassified documents. The extent and the degree of CIA involvement has not been well documented but is massive and beyond the comprehension of most investigators. Of course the CIA is not the only major player in the investigation, exploitation and suppression of extraterrestrial technology and reality.

Other organizations like the NSA are very much involved but what is unique about CIA involvement is the covert scope and breadth of CIA operations throughout society not just in the United States but worldwide as well. The CIA both in terrestrial and extraterrestrial operations is for all extents and purposes an agency owned and operated by entrenched special interests. It´s a complete shadow government in itself that creates and manages shadow governments in countries around the world for entrenched special interests in business and politics.

The Church Commission investigations of CIA criminal wrongdoing barely scratched the surface of the CIA´s terrestrial unconstitutional and unethical operations but never even laid a hair on the CIA´s extraterrestrial operations.

Today the CIA with its own private army, air force and navy, it´s national and international death squads, its huge trillion dollar off the record funding operations, its infiltration and control of mainstream media, its control over not just the military and press in the United States but other nations as well, is staggering.

While the CIA is a constitutional agency many of its covert operations especially the extraterrestrial operations are unconstitutional or given only an appearance of legality through secret executive orders out of the White House. In a classic case of the tail wagging the dog the CIA´s extraterrestrial operations are so secret and deceptive that there is almost no control or oversight by legitimate constitutional government.

The CIA´s extraterrestrial operations were created to get a handle on, exploit extraterrestrial technology and propagandize the public but now seem to be almost completely under the control of elite global entrenched special interests in collaboration with predatory extraterrestrial races. In other words the predatory extraterrestrials and their willing and not so willing human entrenched interests have turned the tables on the process and now use the CIA´s extraterrestrial operations against the interests of the world public and even the ethical extraterrestrials that would be our allies.

Over the period of my UFO/ET investigations I have run across little tidbits of information that combined with some creative remote viewing are allowing me to gain some understanding of covert CIA Extraterrestrial Operations and the threat they pose to society. Of course the CIA often gets blamed for the faults of others and has been tasked with an impossible task that requires widespread criminal activity. There is certainly plenty of blame to go around and once again the CIA is sure to be singled out as the scapegoat.

I believe CIA/NSA covert extraterrestrial operations have become a lynchpin to worldwide shadow government resulting in a very dangerous and flawed extraterrestrial policy. In my opinion extraterrestrial operations and policy should be in the hands of diplomats rather than the military and clandestine services, and should be immediately transferred to the State Department so that an enlightened extraterrestrial policy can be created and implemented at he highest levels.

Some of the latest tidbits of information coming from insider sources seem to indicate that CIA extraterrestrial operations are beginning to meltdown with accelerating UFO/ET disclosure. I just had some personal confirmation of this from a source that is becoming psychologically unglued and recently while drunk and very hostile called up regular military officers in the middle of the night, gave special codes and then proceeded to harangue a high level general.

This accelerating meltdown and turmoil in internal CIA/NSA/ET operations is causing the threat and intimidation levels to rise inside and outside of government as UFO/ET disclosure beckons. I also infer this from recent comments passed on by insider A on the OM /UN thread.

I am also beginning to wonder if this might be partly terrestrial fallout from a now rapidly escalating ET space war. I am thinking that we will soon see a covert internal war in government accelerate into real overt fighting as regular military and politician´s rebel against the oppressive tactics employed by an increasingly dangerous and threatened secret shadow government of which the CIA/NSA plays an important role.

There are always those who ask me to provide more evidence for my concepts and conclusions. Often I can´t do that in order to protect my sources and at times I just get tired of doing the confirmation work that is only a few keystrokes away for anybody remotely interested in the subject. The following case is an example of many sources and cases I have not been able to divulge. I have remained quiet on this case for about 15 years and only now feel it is okay to go public with it as evidence in support of the CIA/NSA extraterrestrial program.

In 1993 we were building publicity for Operation Right To Know a UFO/ET activist organization I co-founded. I have many letters from this time and was contacted by Robert E. Cotner in a letter postmarked 2/22/93 asking me to contact him for a deathbed confession. He claimed to have ended up in prison by being framed by some corrupt local government officials and provided me with much documentation. He was isolated and had no friends that could help him. Over a period of years we exchanged letters by snail mail and he briefed me on his involvement in CIA/NSA extraterrestrial projects. I think I can safely release some of this material including his name and his death bed confession affidavit signed and notarized on 3/3/93. So many years have elapsed and Robert Cotner is most likely dead by now. Hopefully some other enterprising UFO/ET investigators will become involved in this case for the insights it offers into super-secret CIA/NSA shadow government programs.

In a first long letter Mr. Cotner describes himself as CIA/NSA low level black bag covert field agent. At times he says he worked under Admiral Bobby Inman and had a high level contact with Wackenhut Corporation that he never used. He says he worked under G. Gordon Libby. At other times he did not know who he worked for. There is more information in his letters on extraterrestrial and terrestrial affairs but for now it´s enough of a hassle to just transcribe the following long affidavit.

Some of the information explains how to make very dangerous devices and poisons from common household products that should not be openly circulated. Robert commented on handheld radiation devices that can covertly kill or cause physical and mental damage. There is also a detailed discussion on how to create fake IDs and identities that are part of basic CIA training.

This affidavit was written on a prison typewriter with many misspellings and other errors some that I have corrected. I have made some other slight alterations for better reading like changing C.I.A. and N.S.A. to CIA/NSA.

Cotner, born 3/19/46, SS No. 441444447, military number R.A. 25731405, NG 25731405, and MKULTRA CIA number 1059, Tulsa Private Investigator number 1059, (until 1979), do hereby swear under oath that the following is true and correct to the best of my memory, and that this should be accepted as a death bed statement, because I am dying and may be murdered even before I can die of other causes.

I just read it, and in 1967 I had just gotten my private investigators license in Tulsa , Oklahoma (no. 1059) and was contacted by the FBI. From 1967, when I decided to get out of the CIA, I started stealing copies of top secret files and records on many different subjects including UFOs and those stolen files are still hidden where I put them.

Deep cover, clandestine projects operations is what I mostly did, usually. The people in charge of these secret government projects do not argue any moral rights or wrongs, justice and fair play never enter into their acts.

Some ETs have already interbred with humans. These beings are multi-dimensional capable. Our government employs them in many different fields including UFOs, and their ancestors came here in UFOs through warps in the dimensions. Our government has duplicated some warp devices. These beings have overwhelming natural talents including psychic. Legends tell us about them.

While I was with the CIA I was sent many places including Russian ones. All these people should remember me: Semyon Kirlion and his aura photos that lead part of the way to research on dimensional warps: ( Krasnodar ) ; Dr. Gennady on bio-energy research and powered weapons: Dr. Felix Zigel showed me secret Russian UFO documents, including captured WW2 German ones on Atlantis and UFOs and Professor Pushkins on gravitational waves from living systems, all before 1972 when I had personally examined or stole copies of documents proving our and Russian joint projects on UFOs since 1917. I saw 3 different types, from 3 different races, one of which was multi-dimensional, and in 1979 in China Lake Naval Base, I saw the last one.

The top secret U.S., German and Russian files from 1917 to 1990 that I saw, and stole certain copies of, clearly show UFO evidence going back 13,000 years, and completely destroys all established religious bases, and most of societies ideals and that is one reason the government can not release those records and files to the public.

I do know one man who knows more than I do, has seen more than me, and has stolen original as well as copies of original files and evidence, and is now traveling in hiding in the U.S. as a homeless person because of it. He can draw from memory many things I can only identify after I see them again.

At present only 100 people really run this government, the people do not, and can not, nor will they ever be allowed to.

Nov 8 Sixth Night of the Galactic Underworld

Before going into the specifics of the upcoming sixth night of the Galactic Underworld, November 8, 2009 – November 2, 2010, I feel I should clarify some of my basic points of departure for understanding the Mayan calendar, since the various ideas that are currently proposed for this vary significantly. There are for instance those that believe that the end date of the Mayan calendar only marks the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new. On my own part I however think that we are approaching something much more profound than just a point in a cycle that again will be repeated. Thus, there is overwhelming empirical evidence that we are approaching a point in time when nine evolutionary levels of the cosmic plan are simultaneously going to be completed. This is in accordance with the only Mayan inscription from ancient times, the Tortuguero monument, which describes what will happen at the end date. This would imply that we are approaching not another cycle or another shift, but the end to all shifts, something that all evolution has been a preparation for and a build-up towards. Only such an end to all shifts would conceivably provide the basis for a harmonious eternal peace on Earth.

What is about to transpire now is in other words not something that has ever happened before in the history of the universe. Maybe this impending, partially unknown, causes the widespread denial that I feel dominate many people at the current moment. Rather than facing a tremendous change in our socioeconomic relationships (since any change in human consciousness also implies a change in our relationships) many prefer to fantasize about some physical or astronomical event, that purportedly is going to happen on some specific date. In reality the Mayan calendar is however not about something that will happen on a singular date, but a description of a divine plan for the evolution of consciousness where quantum shifts between calendrical energies bring about shifts in consciousness. Human consciousness will continue to be transformed step by step in accordance with this plan until we come to the real end date of the process of creation, October 28, 2011. At this date the highest quantum state of the universe will be attained (13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13 13 Ahau) when the shifts disrupting the harmony will come to an end. Obviously, we are not there yet.

In this plan for the evolution of consciousness we are now approaching the sixth night of the Galactic Underworld, the eighth of the nine Underworlds, which will begin on November 8, 2009. If my understanding of the Mayan calendar is correct we will in this coming night be witnessing the most significant transformation of consciousness ever in the history of mankind. What is exciting about this is that a relatively clear picture of how a new world may be born is now finally becoming evident. On the other hand, what is also becoming increasingly clear is that this birth is likely to become very demanding. For this reason it becomes all the more important to understand how some of the difficulties ahead actually serve the delivery of this new world even though it may not always seem that they do in the moment. If people can gain a realistic understanding of how this new world will be born people may be able to keep a hope for the future, which is based on something more than mere wishful thinking. Unfortunately, much confusion reigns about the Mayan calendar and many that present themselves as experts on this deny the ancient Mayan knowledge that there are nine cosmic forces that are about to manifest, and that it is these, and nothing else, that explains why a new world will be born.

Thus, what will happen in the time ahead cannot be understood from the sixth night of the Galactic Underworld alone. The overlapping with the cycles preparing for the ninth, and highest, level in the cosmic evolution scheme; the Universal Underworld (see Figure) with the energy of the sixth night will also need to be taken into consideration. Because of this overlapping, and the speed-up of time associated especially with the latter Underworld, not only do I think that the upcoming period will be unusually intense, but also energetically quite complex.



At the time of this writing (October 26, 2009, 9 Lamat) we are still in the latter part of the sixth day, the period of flowering in the process from seed to mature fruit in the Galactic Underworld, which precedes the sixth night. As I predicted in an earlier article some economists have now started to say that the “global economic recession” (or the worst of it) is already over. There are however certain things currently going on in the world that belies this and are more in line with the prediction I made earlier of a further economic downturn, especially expressed in a fall in the value of the US dollar, as the sixth night begins. (November 8, 2009 is when the quantum shift in energy takes places in the Heavens, but there is always an uncertainty as to when the new energy lands in the world). This prediction was based on the observation that nights, at least in the second part of an Underworld, usually mean at the very least a slowdown of economic growth. An indication of such an impending downturn at this upcoming night is for instance that there has been a rush for gold, which for the first time passed the magical limit of USD 1000/troy ounce. Moreover, an index of insider trading shows that people knowledgeable about the actual basis for valuing US stock tend to think of this as highly overvalued. Most importantly, increasingly higher voices are now raised in almost all corners of the world for the replacement of the petrodollar system and thus also of the use of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency. These various indices thus do not indicate that the “recession” is over, but if anything that an intensification of the economic decline, especially in the indebted West, is imminent. It seems that investors are escaping assets in the form of paper or digit values, which is exactly what we would expect from this late phase of the Galactic Underworld, when a shift in consciousness amounting to a shift from abstract to concrete economic values is taking place.

I thus believe that what is happening in the world’s economy is something much more profound and fundamental than a temporary recession. What is happening is instead a direct consequence of the particular transformation of consciousness that the Galactic Underworld is bringing. Consciousness in my view is primarily a relationship to the World Tree, which exists on many different levels of the cosmos and causes synchronized shifts on these different levels. What this means is that the shifts in consciousness that give new directions to our lives will also directly affect the world and society at large and how we relate to this. A shift in consciousness is hence not something that only happens in our heads, but also simultaneously external changes in the relationships of the world. If this argument is true we should expect an even further escape from abstract values as the sixth night begins, a shift that may be expected to especially severely hit the western economies of the United States and the United Kingdom, which remain the financial centers of the world and control much of its banking activities. At the present time these nations, and especially the United States, are so indebted that there really is no need to present an explanation as to why there would be another downturn in its economy. All that is needed is something to trigger what is going to happen one way or another. While many things may trigger such a downturn, and the media will place all the emphasis on this trigger, the deeper reasons for a downturn is in my view best understood from the Mayan calendar, since this explains its underlying reasons in how the human mind is influenced by shifts in cosmic energy. From a Mayan calendar perspective the ongoing decline in economic growth reflects a stepwise adaptation to the end of the economic cycles that will be associated with the Mayan end date (or beginning date of a new world if you like).

If the downturn of the economy is part of a process creating the conditions for the birth of a new world a relevant question to ask is how deep it is going to be. Even if it seems clear that the value of paper money, and especially the US dollar, will be hit, it is still somewhat of an open question how far-reaching the consequences of this will be. I think this can only be understood from a study of what might be the nature of the new world to be born. When it comes to understanding this it seems however that there are actually no ancient Mayan sources to consult. The Mayan sources only say that Nine Underworlds are going to manifest as the calendar comes to an end, but there is no ancient inscription, which talks about what will follow upon this. Because of this dearth of material I suggest that we turn to sources from the large Abrahamic religions such as the Bible or the Quran, which do say something on the matter. If we combine these with our understanding from the Mayan calendar I feel we may gain some idea of what is to come.

Hence, the Quran says this in Surah 82:17-19: “And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? Again, what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? (It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.” I believe this disappearance of dominance may refer to the Universal Underworld, which brings a consciousness of oneness and transparency to our whole beings and all of our past actions. If we take this seriously it would imply that all chains to people dominating others would need to be broken before this. The last book of the Bible, the Book of Revelation 21:4-5 also describes a new world to be born: “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.” This would seem to imply that all chains to the past would need to be broken for the new world to be born. Taken together it would seem that as pre-requisites for the birth of a new earth we would need to free ourselves from the chains to the past as well as from chains to other people.

To some these changes may look so great that it might even be more comfortable to fantasize that the world would come to an end than to go through all of the necessary changes turning our world upside down. Certainly, there is also a tremendous amount of people in power, who do not want to see such a transformation towards equality and harmony coming about. These quotes may however give us a hint about how difficult the economic downturn may become. Will money for instance disappear completely? I think the answer to this is that money will disappear to the extent that it no longer chains the world to the past. In practice, this probably means that all thinking about profitable investing etc seem to be somewhat beside the point, since the emerging new world is not likely to be a growth economy based on the drive for accumulation of abstract values. More likely, the new world is going to be one based on sharing and care-taking of all members of society as the unity consciousness of the Universal Underworld, presumably after much turmoil, eventually is established. The more immediate time period in the sixth night will then be when the practical expressions of this transformation will need to be tested out and implemented. This may from the perspective of the current world seem unthinkable. Yet, we shall remember that there is no such thing as an eternal human nature and that our perception of reality, and what we are propelled to create, always varies between the different Underworlds. The human beings of the Regional, National, Planetary and Galactic Underworlds are completely different in their approach to life and the universal human being that will be created by the Ninth and Universal Underworld will represent the crowning step of the evolution of consciousness. Thus, she is then likely to embody a different perception of the world and different qualities compared to previously.

So how in practice will this transition come about from a human being, who essentially looks after herself to one that sees the unity of all and shares the fruits of creation? Such a transformation of our experience of life may now seem as impossible as the fall of the Berlin Wall once seemed. But similarly to how the fall of the Berlin Wall ultimately was a reflection of a transcendence of an east-west polarity in human consciousness the new world to be born is designed to result from a transcendence of the inner and outer walls maintained especially by the western mind. Thus, my suspicion is that during the first half of the sixth night the world’s economy will increasingly slow down and the consumption of the US population will no longer be able to keep the industrial engines of the world going. Yet, because of the indirect effects of this downturn, no part of the world can expect to be untouched. In this downturn it will then come a point when it will start to dawn on many people that it will never be possible to resurrect the old growth economy and that there will be never be any return to a “business as usual.” At that point very radical socio-economic solutions will need to be explored for people to survive also in a literal physical sense as it becomes obvious that it is the nature of the economic relationships and the chains to the economy of the past that cause this situation. We may for instance ask what will happen if major portions of the population in economically significant countries like will not be able to pay their mortgages? Will these people then have to leave their houses in mass so that countless houses owned by banks will sit empty when people are out on the streets? This is the kind of situation that has already appeared in the some car manufacturing suburbs of Detroit. Hence, this scenario is not hypothetical, but has already to some extent happened on a limited scale.

What likely will happen then is that demands will be raised for a moratorium on all debts, so that people will no longer have to pay to the banks to stay in their homes. Maybe this will be preceded on a larger scale on a larger scale as some nations see it necessary to push for the cancellations of national debts as a means of stabilizing the world. If such a moratorium on debts is instituted it would in fact be like cancelling the power of money as it exists now. It would mean a shift into an economic system, which no longer is enslaved by the past. This would then obviously also mean an end to the borrowing of money effectively creating a break for the growth economy. Instead what would be emphasized is that the needs of people are met in the present moment (returning to the theme of cutting the chains of the past). This of course would be nothing short of a revolution, and most likely a worldwide such, since the worlds’ economies at the current time are so deeply entangled. Most likely this would spread from the US to much of the rest of the world. Such an enormous transformation of the world’s socio-economic system would then be likely to take place in the time period between July 17, 2010 (the Cosmic Convergence)* and the beginning of the Seventh day of the Galactic Underworld (November 3, 2010). Naturally, it would have repercussions for all of the systems of dominance that the world has inherited especially from the National, but also the Planetary, Underworld. Energetically speaking this time period, July 17-November 3, 2010, is created through the overlap of the pre-Universal Underworld and the Galactic Underworld.** What this revolutionary time period most likely is going to amount to is a corresponding decrease of governmental and national authority (not that of any particular government, but governmental authority as such, something which humanity has inherited from the National Underworld). It will seriously come into question what we need governments and national borders for “when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another.” My vision for the time period from the Cosmic Convergence until the beginning of the seventh day of the Galactic Underworld is thus a total overhaul of human civilization. This then would also be a time to make choices of path individually.

Why would this particular time period, July 17, 2010 – November 2, 2010, bring such a revolutionary transformation? Well, there are two earlier time periods that are noteworthy as parallels to this upcoming one. One is AD 1498-1617, the Renaissance, which in a broad sense meant the overturning of the feudal system that saw the Vatican as the ultimate source of worldly power and the beginning of the modern era. The other is 1986-1992, which carried a revolutionary wave of democracy (including the fall of the Berlin Wall) resulting in a world whose hemispheres were no longer separated. We may also notice that these two revolutionary time periods gave rise to new expressions of spirituality, in the first case the Reformation and in the second the Harmonic Convergence*** that became somewhat of a starting point for the eclectic spirituality of our own time.

I feel it is an open question whether this transformative revolution between July 17 and November 3, 2010 will be violent or not. What seems clear however is that people will be divided as to whether they want to flow with the incoming energies leading towards a new world or if they will resist them and seek to hold on to or go back to the system of the past. How they relate to this change will however also depend on the understanding people have of the Mayan calendar and the cosmic plan, which at the current time only a very small minority is aware of at least in its true form as a manifestation of nine cosmic forces. People at large may in fact never recognize any conscious warning signals for what is to come. Yet, inasmuch as they understand that the large-scale changes emanate from a divine plan this would mean that a spiritual awakening could take place. If this happens they will not be inclined to look at the changes around them as just meaningless chaotic events as they surely will be presented by the dominating media.

Considering that this is all about the participation in a process of evolution of consciousness there is a great danger in people believing that the Mayan calendar is about a singular date (such as December 21, 2012) when some event will happen, whether this is made up as a “pole shift”, “galactic alignment,” “Planet X,” “end of the world” or “shift in consciousness.” This is an incredibly naïve view of an essentially religious, or superstitious, nature where changes are believed to simply fall down upon the human beings from the sky without their active and conscious participation in the processes leading up to a state of unity consciousness. In reality, there is overwhelming evidence that the Mayan calendar describes sequential shifts in consciousness, which will begin to be experienced at an even higher frequency after July 17, 2010 and even more markedly so after the beginning of the actual Universal Underworld on March 8, 2011. Only at October 28, 2011 will the shifts come to an end and a unity consciousness stabilize that will provide the basis for a millennium of peace. This frequency increase incidentally also explains such a tremendous overhaul of all systems of dominance could take place in such a short period of time. * In my earlier books I have vacillated when it comes to the duration of the Universal Underworld, sometimes thinking that it will be a tzolkin round of 260 days and sometimes that it would be a twentieth of the Galactic Underworld, which would amount to 13 x 18 = 234 days. As we are now getting close to the final transformation scenario I have come to lean over to the idea that the Universal Underworld will indeed be 234 days long placing its beginning at March 8, 2011 and the beginning of the preceding pre-Universal Underworld at July 17, 2010. The uncertainty with this is that there seems to be no ancient Mayan source describing such a 18 day oxlahunkin time period, even if it would seem to be the logical one. On the other hand the ancient Maya did not have to deal with the transformation scenario into a new world and so may have ignored it, while it still may become very important in our own time. There is however a precedent to how a cycle only became followed by the Maya as its effects became a reality. This is the so-called Short Counts of 13 katuns, which were not observed in Classical Mayan times presumably because their effects were then not yet strongly felt. Only later in Post-Classical times did the effects of these short counts become so strong that they became the dominating cycles followed by the Maya and so came to replace the Long Count as the central calendrical cycle. Thus, if the Classical Maya did not base their calendars on the Short Counts they would have had even less reason to take a 18 day cycle into account, which to them would have an effect only in a very distant future.

** What is played out here is the interaction between overlapping time periods produced by dividing the Galactic Underworld into 13 and 20, respectively, as a parallel to the energetic overlaps of the trecena and the uinal in the tzolkin. If the Galactic Underworld of 4680 days is divided by 13 it generates a day or night of 360 days, but if it is divided by 20 it generates a wave movement totaling 234 days.

*** The Cosmic Convergence called for on July 17-18 is thus a direct parallel to the Harmonic Convergence in the sense that what the Harmonic Convergence was to the Galactic Underworld the Cosmic Convergence will be to the Universal Underworld. This means that the Cosmic Convergence may not only become the beginning of a transformative political period similarly to what happened in 1986, but also the first breeze of a spiritual awakening that will later be fully expressed in the Universal Underworld.
